From Lindsey Jo Guffrey 02/03/04:

I worked with SGT Danton K. Seitsinger in Broken Arrow and Tulsa, Oklahoma- we were both assigned to GS Detachment of the 486th Civil Affairs Battalion.  He was a friend of mine.  He could make anybody laugh, anytime- he had a great sense of humor.

He served in the Marine Corps in Korea and elsewhere before joining the Army Reserve.  He had recently spent 6 months touring South America for leisure while learning to speak Portuguese and Spanish, he was very adventurous and outgoing.

Above all, he was a very strong Christian and one of the few fellow soldiers that I could openly talk about my faith in God with.  I wish I had been able to spend more time with him- but I know I will see him again someday.  Thanks and God bless.

SGT Lindsey Jo Guffrey, 22, Tulsa, OK.
Currently serving in Kuwait, soon to leave for Iraq.
