Months before deploying to Iraq, Wilfredo Perez Jr. returned to his high school. He looked proud in his Army uniform. Perez of Norwalk, Conn., was among three soldiers killed July 26 in a grenade attack as they guarded a hospital in Iraq. He was stationed at Fort Hood.
